Every year I see awesome senior portraits and I wonder how much they have grown in the past four years.  So before my son goes through the major milestones of being a teenager, I’ve decided to take his portraits as a freshman and then again, in the same or similar poses, as a senior.  I want to be able to see how all the major decisions in life such as getting a driver’s license, taking his SAT’s, a first job and his last growth spurt have come together to form a man.  These “Fresh” photos are the before and his Senior pics will be the after.

On a personal note:  It isn’t easy to get a teenage boy (or his mom for that matter) to wake up before the crack of dawn to take pictures.   However, getting to sit in the driver’s seat of dad’s sweet ride is some good motivation.  It was rough getting up early but the kid, the car, the weather and the UNBELIEVABLE light was well worth it.
